A collection of units which works different but are collaborated with each other and inter depend to each other to achieve a common goal. IN sort Form Database Management System call DBMS.
For example database work life bicycle is a system -
In the bicycle all parts are different and work are different but but all parts are interdependent each other like motorcycle accelerator work for Speed and will our work for retired. Why cycles accelerator and gives our relationship each other and work both for complete task.
While all the parts of the motorcycle are different, and the work of everyone is different, they also complete the work of motorcycles.
What is Use of DBMS -
DBMS is used because it is easy to keep records of any work done in this organization if any work is done. The advantages and disadvantages of the company can also be easily identified by this database, and the future loss can be avoided. All this work is done by the computer all this work. In which there are very few occasions for any mistake. Data can also be protected using dbms. If there is a physical work in it then data may still be stolen but it is not possible to steal our records in DBMS. Because there are so many types of security that we will discuss in the next post.
Where Are Using Database Management System -
DBMS is used to store large companies' data. For example, large companies like Flipkart, Amazon, stock market, banks, hospital, police etc organisations use DBMS.
